The Miner's Day annual event in Walsenburg is coming up on Saturday, September 7th in downtown Walsenburg. The Huerfano Dems will have a booth and we can use some volunteers to be at it to hand out flyers and greet those stopping by.
It will go from 10-4 so if you can volunteer for a two hour shift, contact Larry Patrick

Elizabeth Bulthuis of LaVeta is seeking the House District 47 seat in the Colorado State Legislature. She could use some much needed donations to fund her campaign.
