Tomorrow Evening Candidate Event

Lots of activities going on!

Tomorrow we are adding an

IN PERSON meet the candidates social hour event at 5 PM before the regular meeting with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.  There will be 2 candidates at that event:  Alex Kelloff (CD3) and Vic Meyers(HD47)

Walsenburg Housing Authority, 211 Russell Street

We have extended the time for the Zoom link to include the IN PERSON event before the meeting for those who can't make it into Walsenburg. 

Then we will have a short meeting starting at 6 PM with discussion about Caucus and Assembly and the details of our upcoming Mother Jones Dinner. We have been working to get more candidates to engage with our community before Democrats vote for their choice this Saturday at Caucus and Assembly.

We have at least 4 other candidates committed to connecting via Zoom during the meeting.

Caucus and Assembly has been a big project and we are hopeful it will come off well.  Everything is online and digital this year.  The Pre-Registration is a big success and we are hoping the fact that everyone gets to go to Assembly will help.  Also, we are encouraging people to attend with the offer of "Discounted Mother Jones Tickets".  Oh yeah!  We are working on that as well.
