Huerfano County Democrats get together the first Wednesday of every month at the Housing Authority in Walsenburg at 6PM . Summertime evenings are great for gathering with folks. There is a lot of excitement about the new faces in the election this fall. If you can't get to town, it is also very convenient to attend from the comfort of your recliner.
We are glad we can also gather via ZOOM.
Our democracy has been under fire for the last several years and many people are looking for ways to help make our country better.
Politics starts local. Democracy is not a spectator sport!
We have to work continuously to keep our democracy healthy and working for our citizens.
